Local partner: Dustin Salvisberg

The Lausanne edition is being developed together with Dustin Salvisberg. Dustin lives with his family in French-speaking Switzerland and has been deeply engaged with Champagne for many years. As a passionate aficionado, he knows not only the diversity of the region, but also many of its producers and their individual styles. For some time now, he has also been introducing selected Champagne producers to the Swiss market and helping their cuvées reach a new audience. Dustin also knows how to create and organise high-quality events with a strong sense of detail and hospitality. He brings this experience from his professional role at Audemars Piguet. Peter Jauch complements Dustin Salvisberg's local roots with his own network in Champagne, his experience as an author and host, and his conviction that Champagne is best understood when different cuvées and the people behind them can be experienced in person. Together, Dustin Salvisberg and Peter Jauch are creating a Lausanne edition that is firmly rooted in French-speaking Switzerland while placing the diversity of Champagne at its centre.
