For one day only, more than 25 Champagne Houses and independent winemakers will gather, offering guests a rare opportunity to taste, compare, and engage directly with the people behind the bottles. More than 60 Champagnes await — classic, expressive, surprising — poured by the people who know them best. Dustin Salvisberg works in the heart of the luxury world: he is part of the events department at Audemars Piguet, where attention to detail and staging high-end experiences are part of everyday life. A long-time Champagne enthusiast, he also imports his own vintages to French-speaking Switzerland and regularly organises tastings in the region. For Champagne Sunday, he brings a perspective that is both sharp and deeply rooted in the culture of Champagne in French-speaking Switzerland.

Originally from New Zealand, Marc Checkley is a storytelling and events specialist based near Lausanne and a well-established figure in the Swiss wine scene. A WSET-certified professional and educator, he creates bespoke experiences in Switzerland, across Europe and in the UK, working with leading Champagne houses and top growers. He is also a UNESCO World Heritage guide in Lavaux and writes for GaultMillau and Decanter—while serving as a trusted “experience manager” for the expat community in Romandie.
